J.doe Service Providers

Effective date: October 20, 2026
Last updated: October 20, 2026

J.doe Limited uses the providers below to operate J.doe. This list should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains the information processed, purposes, retention, and your choices.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Purpose: Hosting and processing service content; audio transcription and speaker-feature processing on models we deploy; AI processing through Amazon Bedrock, including screen understanding, text processing, and memory search; and public website delivery through Amazon CloudFront.

Information: Content and related information needed to provide the requested features, including authorized recordings, stored speaker features of you and other speakers in your recordings, screenshots, extracted text, transcripts, memories, and connected-account content. Website delivery also involves processing visitor requests.

Location: Service content is stored in AWS US East (Northern Virginia), and J.doe-operated AI processing uses AWS Regions within the United States. Public website delivery uses CloudFront's global network.

We configure Amazon Bedrock for zero data retention for the models and Regions we use. AWS does not retain AI inputs and outputs or conduct human review for routine safety-review purposes under that configuration. This does not affect our own service-content storage or AWS's limited retention and review of flagged content to meet applicable legal reporting obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Web search: AWS AgentCore Web Search processes AI-generated search terms in the United States. Queries are handled within AWS rather than sent to a third-party search engine, and AWS personnel do not have access to those search terms. Page retrieval by J.doe also sends requests to the relevant website operators, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Google Cloud Vertex AI

Purpose: Alternative AI processing for some features using Google's Gemini models.

Information: Content needed for the requested AI feature, such as screenshots, extracted text, transcripts, and authorized connected-account content. Original recordings are processed on our AWS deployment as described in the Privacy Policy.

Location: United States. Google may retain flagged prompts for abuse monitoring for up to 90 days in the U.S. region or multi-region selected for our project, and authorized Google personnel may review them.

Google does not use this content to train or fine-tune its models without our permission, and we do not give that permission.

Google Firebase Crashlytics

Purpose: Crash and error diagnostics for the iOS App.

Information: Device and operating-system information, crash traces, operation names, error types, code locations, and SDK-generated installation and session identifiers. We do not attach J.doe account IDs or your content to these reports.

Location: Crashlytics is a global service. The U.S. location commitments for service-content storage and AI processing do not apply to its diagnostic processing.

Google retains Crashlytics diagnostic data and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning deletion from its live and backup systems.

Supabase

Purpose: Account authentication.

Information: Email addresses and authentication information needed to provide sign-in functionality.

Location: Account authentication data is stored in the United States.

Google Workspace

Purpose: Sending verification-code emails.

Information: Recipient email addresses and verification messages needed for delivery.

The U.S. location commitments for service-content storage and AI processing do not apply to this email service. Its processing locations may differ.

Apple

Purpose: Sign in with Apple and push notification delivery through Apple Push Notification service (APNs).

Information: Information needed to authenticate a sign-in, and device tokens and notification information needed to deliver push notifications.

These services are not covered by the U.S. location commitments for service-content storage and AI processing. Their processing locations may differ.

Google Sign-in

Purpose: Sign in with Google.

Information: Information needed to authenticate a sign-in and information you authorize Google to share through that sign-in process.

This service is not covered by the U.S. location commitments for service-content storage and AI processing. Its processing locations may differ.

AI models and updates

Amazon Bedrock provides access to models such as Anthropic's Claude, Amazon Nova, and Cohere's embedding and ranking models. Third-party model developers do not receive your content through our Bedrock processing. Google processes Gemini requests through Vertex AI.

Before we add a new AI model provider, we will update this list and give advance notice through the Services or by email. Any retention required by law is separate from the safety-review periods above. Questions about these providers can be sent to support@myjdoe.com.
